We provide a social network for the older person so that they do not feel isolated within the London community. Reasonable priced hot lunches are served in a relaxed family atmosphere at a wonderful venue with a garden. Members meet friends, play bingo & other activities, participate in group debates or invited speakers, listen to music, chair exercises from a qualified personal trainer, visits to the seaside & attend fund raising events. A door to door mini bus service operates one day a week.
