Everyone is welcome to share a cup of tea or stay for lunch we operate on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

We are self funding and depend on donations to keep the club open.

The Club also provides take away meals and deliveries of hot meals of those may find difficulty to provide a meal for themselves.We celebrate birthdays, songs of praise and members meetings. Empowering the Older person to maintain their independence, dignity & enhance their total well-being within the community

What we do

We provide a social network for African, African/Caribbean and ethnically diverse older people so that they do not feel isolated within the London community

Our activities:

 
  • Advocacy/representation

  • Group outings and social activities

  • Health information and signposting

  • Healthy eating and fitness

  • Providing food and other necessities
